There will be traffic issues in downtown Scranton on Saturday, March 9 for the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade from 9 AM to 4 PM.
Please be advised that state and local police will be out patrolling for impaired drivers. Drivers are also reminded that additional pedestrians will be out attending the parade. Colts Bus will also be offering free rides for the public to the downtown parade starting at 9 a.m.
SR 307 Bridge over I-81 (Moosic St., Scranton)The project is currently shut down for the winter and will resume in the spring of 2019 and no additional closing of River St off ramp will be needed.
