Note that during the fall months when the borough picks up leaves curbside that this is for LEAVES only — no rocks, dirt, brush or animal droppings.
If anything other than leaves are left curbside the borough will not pick the piles up. This also pertains to residents dropping their leaves off at the borough building.
The dates this year for curbside leaf pickup are Mondays and Tuesdays, October 18 and 19; October 25 and 26; November 1 and 2; and November 8 and 9.
Leaves will only be picked up once per week on each street.
Please note that recycling on these days will be pushed back two days as shown on the recycling schedule. Also, if it snows on any of these days leaves will not be picked up.
