The Lackawanna County Arts and Culture Department and the Lackawanna County Arts, Culture and Education (ACE) Council will present “All Eyes on You: Growing Your Social Media Audience” on Saturday, July 15, in Shopland Hall on the fourth floor of the Scranton Cultural Center, 420. N. Washington Avenue, from 1 PM - 3 PM, featuring two distinguished experts in the field of social media - Cory Wolff and Monika Goldstein.
Cory Wolff has spent over ten years as a social media manager, ad specialist, content strategist and Chief Marketing Officer.
He uses his knowledge of business, technology, and marketing to help businesses of all sizes create engaging content, grow their audiences, and generate new leads and customers. Wolff has written marketing articles to Hypebot and NEPA Scene and has been a panelist at the following conferences - Electric City Music Conference, CD Baby’s DIY Musician Conference, and Protecting Your Big Idea - Intellectual Property Workshop for Artists, which was presented by The County’s Arts & Culture Department.
Monika Goldstein is the social media manager at Publicis Health Media, the only media agency holding company solely dedicated to the health and wellness space. It manages clients such as Novartis Oncology, Shire Pharmaceuticals, Procter & Gamble, and Kellogg's. Previously, Monika worked as the social media communications manager at the American Association for Cancer Research.
The Lackawanna County Arts and Culture Department was formed in 2004 and is supported through an education and culture fee that generates approximately $1.2 million for the purpose of organizing programs and special events to enrich the quality of life of the County. The office offers community grants, public arts programming, workshops and lectures and also oversees the operation of the Electric City Trolley Station and Museum.
