Christmas Open House at Moffat Estate

Covington Twp. Supervisors once again hosted their annual Christmas Open House at the Moffat Mansion on Rt. 435, Covington Twp. Weather was perfect both days and somewhat warm for early December. With a variety of activities planned for people of all ages, those in attendance enjoyed themselves over the course of this two-day event. Below are photos highlighting this annual tradition.

Food safety certification course at the University of Scranton

New breast reconstruction procedure made possible by stem cells

North Pocono High School to host FAFSA workshop

The high school guidance department will be offering a new service to students this year as they complete the Financial Aid process. Their PHEAA regional representative will conduct a FAFSA workshop at the high school tonight - Feb. 7 (snow date: Feb. 13) - at 6 p.m. for interested parents of seniors who will be attending college this fall. The workshop will take place in the computer lab.
