Food Safety Certification: Wednesday, Feb. 8, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. SBDC, University of Scranton. Sharing up-to-date info regarding Act 106, which clarifies and strengthens oversight of food safety inspections for all retail food facilities, restaurants and retail food stores.
