Plans have been in the works for almost a year and a half to open a new restaurant in the building of the former Cardinal Inn on Rt. 502 in Spring Brook Twp. Daleville residents George and Michelle Grassie purchased the building and introduced Grassi’s Restaurant to the entire North Pocono community earlier this year.
