Christina Hitchcock, a food blogger from Madison Twp., was recently named a kitchen expert for GoodCook.com (www.goodcook.com), one of the leading manufacturers of kitchen tools, bakeware and cookware found in many major stores and supermarkets nationwide.

Hitchcock's blog, It's a Keeper (www.itisakeeper.com) features recipes, cooking videos and ideas on how to cook more despite a busy life.

"As a food blogger, my kitchen is my workshop. I spend a lot of time working with various kitchen tools, cookware and bakeware," said Hitchcock.

"I'm delighted to join the other Good Cook kitchen experts from across the country in testing and recommending products and developing recipes for busy home cooks."

Started in 2010, It's a Keeper is a blog that provides tried and true recipes that are easy to make and taste great. Hitchcock started the blog as a way to chronicle her adventures (and mis-adventures) as she cooked and baked her way through the pile of recipes that she had collected.

It's a Keeper has grown to include features such as a YouTube cooking channel and sections on how to cook with kids and Dinner411. You can find hundreds of delicious recipes at www.itisakeeper.com and you can connect with Hitchcock on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube.

Hitchcock is a field editor for Taste of Home magazine and is a guest contributor on WNEP's Home and Backyard program and on www.HappeningsMagazinePA.com.
